The Workshop is our crowdfunding model. We design a new product, you back it at a discounted price, and we manufacture it based on demand to eliminate waste and pass the savings on to you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 21 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
How should I care for my Taylor Stitch garments?
To ensure longevity, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. For specific materials like waxed canvas or heavy wool, please refer to the care label inside the garment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
